Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Also, please note the reason and details for your return or exchange on the delivery invoice form that must be included with your package.
The returns differ from the situations:
- 1. If a product has quality problems within 7 days after customers receiving it, we will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund.
- All the mobile phones are in half year warranty, the other accessories and electronics, we will provide 3 month warranty, we won't charge customers any fee for repairment within the warranty period, but customers should pay for the postage of returning.
- 2. If a product is returned for non quality problem, we will deduct the postage from the refund.
